All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Some exceptions apply.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery lead-times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within the number of days stated within the product information.
Please note we do not process orders or ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Bespoke Orders - Average of 15 working day lead time, some may vary based on product demand. (Gloss products are typically 15-20 working days)
Wardrobe Doors & Internal Storage Components - 15 working days
Handles, Hinges & Accessories - 5 working days.
Please note: Due to circumstances out of our control, some deliveries to England may take between 3 - 6 weeks to arrive. Please check with our team before ordering if you have any questions.
4. Delivery Instructions
All deliveries will be doorstep deliveries. Should you not be at home when delivery is made, the delivery location/where the courier leaves the package will be at the discretion of the courier on the day.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately. We advise you check all larger items, especially those containing glass, before the driver leaves and delivery is accepted. All damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
